We were in Malaga for a week with our 6 month old twins. We rented a car with Tots Store, with 2... cosys and isofix bases, and a baby cot. First, the car rental was so much cheaper than anything else we could find online ! We needed a big trunk as we always have a double stroller, and the car we got was exactly the car we selected. Secondly, we were able to indicate what type of baby seats we wanted (on all the rental websites, you can't select if you want a regular one or a cosy). And third, when we arrived, the cosies were installed, we only had to put the babies in it and Richard showed us how to lock them, and the baby cot + sheet / mattress / blanket, were in the trunk. When we returned the car, Richard kindly took care of unloading the car and putting our stuff on a caddie while we were taking care of the babies. Totally recommend ! Cheap, easy and kind, thanks Richard from making our first trip as a family so much easier !read more
We rented a car, two child seats and a travel cot for our two week holiday in Spain. Communication... is excellent. Prices are very reasonable. When our plane landed at Malaga airport, we collected our luggage and walked to the meeting point where they were waiting for us. 15 minutes later we were already on the road. When we arrived at the airport, delayed, with a baby and a 3 year old, Tots Store were right there... waiting for us. No hazzle, no lines and in no time we were headed for the car. They even took our luggage. The car was super nice, the baby car seats already seated correctly and they helped us fit the luggage in the car. Super smooth! The drop off was even faster. Just drive in to the express parking, right in front of departures and leave the car there. They even got us our luggage carts. By the time our travel company (who rented from another company) arrived at departures we were already checked in and ready to board. Amazing service, super smooth rental experience and fantastic that they do think about child safety first! If we come back to Malaga there is no other place to rent the car from....so said our travel company as well. 😁 Thank you Tots store!read more

I can’t recommend them enough. Came across the car hire service by chance when I was considering a... pram hire. I’m so glad I found this company before booking with another car hire firm. Excellent, reliable and honest service from Tots store. We hired a car and infant car seat. Great communication for quote and to arrange hire. Representative to meet us at arrivals for swift pick up. Brand new BMW and car seat already installed. Absolutely no hidden fees and great value for money. The only negative would be that it would have been extremely helpful to have had a quick introduction to some of the basics, like how to switch on headlights (especially arriving at night) and who to look out for at drop off. We had to go looking for Tony’s carhire who the car was hired from. However these are very minor in the overall service from this company. If we ever travel via Malaga airport again we would definitely use this company.read more

This is an amazing service that I would highly recommend. We arrived in Malaga on a very hot... evening with two very tired children. We were met in Arrivals by Richard who took us (helping with the luggage) to the car park where the rental car and agent were waiting. He even had chilled water for us! We paid exactly what we were quoted, two people met us in... the airport on arrival, help was given to load up the car with all of our luggage to help us get on our way faster, baby equipment was all good quality and what we asked for. On return there was someone waiting to receive the car in the same spot and we had dropped it off and were on our way again within minutes. We have just returned from Spain yesterday and hired a car seat from tots store. We didn't actually... meet any of the staff but I had a phone call a day or so before we left to explain about where we would collect the car seat from etc which was helpful :) and speaking to them online was no trouble at all if I had any questions!
As for the seat it was a great car seat, well padded and very clean!
Would definitely recommend to anyone and would 100% use again.

We flew to Malaga a few weeks ago: 3 kids and parents. I needed a spacious car with booster seats... and I dis not want to stand in line at a desk or wait for a shuttle to pick up a vehicle. Tots Store checked all boxes: a guy waiting for us at the airport, quick handoff, everything prepared. I got a Fiat Dobló with low mileage and in great condition, totally satisfied our needs. We've hired 2 cars with baby seats and everything was smooth and quick. Guys were waiting for us at... arrival, we just sign the papers and cars were waiting at the exit from airport already armed with babyseats.

Excellent and personal service. No waiting on the rental companys desk because we met companys... representative at the arrivals hall. He made paper work with us and showed us the car which included two booster seats. Also returning the car was easy, we just left it on the departure parking where we met companys team.read more

We used Totstore to hire 2 cars and 4 car seats, I cannot recommend this service enough. We... arrived at Malaga airport, walked through to arrivals, were greeted in person by the car hire company and a member of the Totstore team. We then walked through to a seat and completed the car hire paperwork, which had no unexpected charges, and were escorted to our cars sitting right out front the airport with the clean, branded car seats already fitted. We were helped with our luggage, checked we alright and then sent on our way (returning the cars was just as easy) No queuing or waiting around, after leaving home at 3am that morning with a baby and 3 small children this is exactly the kind of quick and friendly service we needed, thank you Totstore! We used tots store for car hire and hired two car seats, together with some other baby stuff. ... Arrangements by email were quick and efficient. We got through arrivals really quickly and the rep was there waiting, took us to the car which was parked across the road from arrivals. Went through the paperwork without delay and we were on our way. We suffered a puncture half way through, phoned and they told us where to go and picked up the bill. Coming back to the airport the airport traffic was horrendous but the rep was waiting for us and turnover was quick and efficient. We will definitely use Tots Store and the car hire again, no question.read more
I used Tots store just recently,renting two isofix carseats and a bed, and I must say I am... extremely happy with the service. They delivered the equipment, and gave a proper instruction on how to fix the carseats in the car. They are very flexible to your needs about delivery and pickup time. They even came to another location than first indicated to pick it up when the renting period was over. That I call service!! Most important, the equipment was in good conditions and clean.I was skeptical to give my credit card details, as they needed it to reserve a deposit, but these people you can trust.
